I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. However, I provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

To find out if your plan offers reimbursement for speech therapy, contact your insurance company and ask the following questions:
-
Does my plan include out-of-network coverage for speech therapy?
-
Do I need a physician’s referral or prior authorization?
-
What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
-
Are there any limitations or exclusions (e.g., age, diagnosis, setting)?
-
What is the process for submitting a superbill for reimbursement?
